Securing prosperity for Wisconsin begins with the Fall 2022 elections.
It’s time to move beyond the predictable playbook of the past and stop settling for political cliches. Yesterday’s playbook may win elections in political majority states, but it’s a risky, out-of-touch approach in a politically divided state like Wisconsin.
Unfortunately, as Republicans, we also fight against the negative influence of openly biased social media and the death of independent journalism. This liberal warfare tactic requires a new approach to communicating ideas and communicating them directly to voters.
2022 is a time to cast a bold, fresh vision. It’s time to rally everyone around a positive picture of what Wisconsin can be and how we get there. We can connect with a broader base of Wisconsin voters with a focus on:
- addressing economic, education, and social reform through work opportunity
- choosing outside thinking over political self-interest to facilitate change
- bringing accountability into state budgeting and spending
- eliminating income tax to achieve short and long-term prosperity
- automating state technology to provide better service at a lower cost
The people of Wisconsin deserve state leadership that is bold and future-thinking. They deserve a better government that works for them, not takes from them. They need to hear a fresh vision for prosperity in 2023—from leaders they can trust again.
